A working archive — eight rooms, four years
We rarely publish a project before its first year, and only with the owner’s blessing. The selection below is necessarily small. Older projects can be shared at our second meeting.
Marina One Penthouse
The brief was a quiet one: a returning client wanted to halve the number of rooms and double the number of windows. We removed two non-load-bearing walls, ran travertine flooring throughout the public floor, and built a single twelve-metre media wall in oiled American oak that hides the kitchen, the bar and the laundry behind a single grain.
Materials: travertine Romano · oiled American oak · linen plaster · brushed bronze.

Bukit Timah House
A mid-century bungalow re-organised around a sunken central courtyard. We worked with a structural engineer for nine weeks on the cantilever before drawing a finish, because the cantilever was the design. The interior follows: blackbutt floors, lime-washed walls, and joinery that disappears into the wall plane.
Materials: blackbutt timber · lime-wash · honed Crema Eda · oxidised steel.
