Privacy Notice

Orbiflex Studio Pte Ltd (UEN 202418937K, “Orbiflex”, “we”, “the studio”) is registered in Singapore at 138 Robinson Road, #18-04, Singapore 068906. This notice explains the personal data we hold about visitors to orbiflex.pro and clients of the atelier, and how we use it. It is written under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and applied in spirit to enquiries reaching us from other jurisdictions.
1. The data we hold
The studio holds two narrow categories of personal data:
- Enquiry details. When you write to us through the contact form or by email — your name, email, telephone, project type, and the contents of your note.
- Commission file. If you become a client — billing details, registered address, project addresses, photographs of the residence taken with your consent, and the working correspondence between studio and client.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, biometrics) and we do not buy or rent contact details from third parties.
2. Why we hold it
Each piece of data exists for a single, named purpose:
- To reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a written proposal.
- To deliver the commission you have engaged us for, including liaison with engineers, contractors and workshop partners.
- To comply with our statutory obligations under Singapore tax and corporate law, and Australian equivalents where the project is delivered through our Melbourne office.
3. How long we keep it
An unsuccessful enquiry is destroyed twelve months after the last contact. A commission file is held for the duration of the project plus seven years for accounting and warranty reasons; thereafter it is archived without identifying details.
4. Who sees it
Inside the studio, only the principal designer, the lead designer assigned to your commission and the studio manager have routine access to your file. We share your details with third parties only when a project requires it — for example, sending a kitchen package to our workshop in Johor Bahru — and only the parts they need.
The studio uses Microsoft 365 for email, Hetzner for site hosting, and Xero for accounting. These providers process data on our written instructions and are bound by their own data protection commitments.
5. Cookies on this website
This website uses two cookies: a session token to make the contact form work, and a small preference cookie that records your choice on the cookie banner. Neither is used for marketing or cross-site tracking. See the cookie policy for the full list.
6. Your rights
You may at any time write to us asking what we hold about you, asking us to correct it, or asking us to delete it. We reply in writing within thirty days. If you are unhappy with our response you may raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
